Terms of service

1. Overview. These terms apply to your use of lintlark.com and any purchase from LintLark. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. The store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and use. We try to describe and show products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from photos. Use grooming tools as directed. Go slowly with nail grinders, avoid the quick, and ask a veterinarian if your pet has nail, skin, or paw problems. Our products are not veterinary or medical devices.

4. Prices and orders. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or contain a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment. You agree to give accurate payment and billing information. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and its partners.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Site content. Text, images, and branding on this site belong to LintLark or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Reviews and submissions. If you send reviews, photos, or comments, you give us permission to display them on our site and social channels. Don't submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that you don't have the rights to.

9. Disclaimer. Except as required by law, products and the site are provided "as is." We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, LintLark's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
